Our client acts for investors and occupiers in the office, industrial and retail markets. They are looking for Surveyors who will maintain our excellent record of looking after assets/portfolios for single investors, property companies or institutions. Their aim is to ensure the well being and value of each property.

Dependant on the candidate, the role will either be focussed on the landlord side, on behalf of tenants, or managing a large commercial portfolio.

Who we're looking for
Suitable candidates will have knowledge of capitalising on assets and maximising fees through active property management. Relevant qualifications, ideally RICS and excellent client facing and negotiation skills.
