Magic circle firm seeks lawyers for its Corporate CMT group. Lawyers in the group have the opportunity to gain top quality experience across the following diverse range of work:
Telecoms (including media & communications)
- The group covers all specialist legal, corporate and regulatory areas relating to the telecoms industry;
- M&A, privatisations, private equity, strategic alliances and merger control;
- Local and international regulatory developments, compliance and competition issues;
- Project and limited recourse infrastructure financing; and
- Convergence issues arising out of telecoms operators crossing over into content delivery .
IT/ Outsourcing
- Outsourcing, IT, telecoms, HR and business process services;
- Online trading and payment systems;
- Software development, licensing and distribution;
- Protection and exploitation of intellectual property rights;
- Encryption, electronic signatures and trusted third parties; and
- Data protection and trans-border data flows.
Who we're looking for
You will have a proven track record of experience in one of the above areas.
