Associate Director - Project Management

Our client is currently seeking an Associate Director with all round sector knowledge - specifically within the commercial field - coupled with with experience of working on projects over £100 million in value.
The main purpose of the role will be to reinforce the project management team by giving leadership to staff members, ensuring quality of service delivery, being responsible for cost centre profitability and contributing to business development regionally and nationally.
Duties:
• Ensuring cost centre profitability
• Mentoring PM staff
• Large / complex project delivery
• Developing Business regionally and nationally
• Ensuring quality of service delivery is achieved
• Ensuring cost centre compliance with internal company risk and quality requirements.
Who we're looking for
Consideration will be given to applicants who are able to demonstrate;
• The ability to network and develop new potential Client contacts whilst reinforcing existing Client relationships.
• The ability to manage and mentor staff members up to Area Manager level to ensure effective and profitable project delivery.
• Experience of setting and delivering strategic goals in terms of complicated projects or programmes of work.
