Our Client, a national Private Practice is looking for Commercial Property Solicitors to join its team in Bristol. The department's non contentious work comes from four main sources:institutional landlords/shopping centre owners, national and local developers, national retailers and the public sector, particularly NHS bodies. In general the department provides a full range of services in property management, property investment and finance, dispute resolution and property litigation, planning and environmental, construction, lease negotiation and facilities management. You will handle a busy and varied caseload of commercial property work.

Who we're looking for
You will be a qualified Solicitor with good working knowledge of commercial property work. You should be aconfident legal professional able to act responsibly and credibly under yourown initiative as well as working effectively within a team.
