Our client is looking for an experienced Credit Analyst to join their Lucerne office on a permanent basis. The role will involve conducting research on various companies as well as markets, ratings and news items. In addition the successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Determining and monitoring internal credit limits for counterparties.
• Developing relationships with counterparties as well as negotiating transactional and security documentation.
• There will be very close interaction with the trading teams so experience in a trading environment would be an advantage.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be an experienced credit analyst with a background in financial institutions. You will be qualified to degree level and have the ability to assimilate numerous pieces of information.
• You should possess the ability to think clearly and make presentations in a clear and concise manner.
• You will be a hard working team player who is resilient and enthusiastic.
• You will be driven and ambitious with a strong commercial outlook.
Due to the location of the role French language skills would be an advantage as would knowledge of the metals markets and an understanding of the associated legal regulations.
