The Design Manager will be dealing with a number of mid-scale refit and refurbishment projects in the Birmingham and greater Midlands region. These projects will be for major blue-chip companies and will involve extensive roll-out projects on a regular basis.
Who we're looking for
Typically, the projects concerned are in the region of £250-1000k in value. Our client will need designs manager who can hit the ground running on projects of this size. You must have a background in commercial orretail refurbishment and fit-out work.
