Based on site, as Senior Technical Manageryour role will involve providing the construction teams with the technical information they need to ensure works programmes progress to schedule.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will complete the following Responsibilities and also need to demonstrate the following attributes:
• Preparation of the optimisation process and preparing technical specifications.
• Good communication skills are essential,
• The ability to recognise and deal with problems
• The ideal candidates will have a good technical knowledge of residential construction, construction of mixed-use developments, and of the requisite building regulations, coupled with a flair for design
