Senior Development Surveyor

Private Residential Developer

West London

Permanent ⁄ £40000 - £60000

Duties will include proposing any suitable changes on design that will improve buying saving, ease construction method and enhance specification and quality. Responsibility for Commercial Management, procurement and preparation and completion of our detailed monthly analysis of build cost expenditure. Experience in the construction of multi million pound projects and high quality finishes in either the commercial or residential sectors of the marketplace is desirable.

Who we're looking for
In addition you will provide:
• Feedback on completed developments
• Plan, maintain and control the financial administration of all construction work on developments to obtain maximum cost effectiveness.
• Ideally you will have a background from a major Contractor or Developer
