Along with outstanding organisational and motivational skills, the successful candidate must be technically proficient with a provenbackground in the house building industry, preferably within an architectural or engineering field.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
• Coordinating the work of design and technical consultants;
• Planning ensuring services are connected;
• Managing architects and engineers to enable the commercial team to go out to tender.
• From land acquisition to site completion, the successful candidate must be fully conversant with the process of private house building

Our client creates residential and mixed-use developments of varying sizes across the capital, including a 32-acre riverside development
