Our client is looking for an estates surveyor to work as part of a dynamic property department, reporting directly to the Estate Manager, assisting in all aspects of the day to day management of the existingproperty portfolio. Based out of the South Manchester head office this role will also incorporate givingsupport to the in house acquisition team, enabling them to meet aggressive growth targets.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with and negotiating rent reviews.
- Assisting with disposals
- Manage various Landlord and tenant issues.
- Manage Planning issues as appropriate.
- Preparation of budget figures where required.

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for a property professional to fulfil the role of estates surveyor. As a graduate and newly qualified Surveyor you will be a first class communicator and have a 'can-do' attitude. With a nationwide remit you will be expected to travel where required so must hold a valid driving licence.
