Due to expansion, our client urgently require a Senior Project Manager to manage and deliver high quality projects, including a £100 commercial office development in Birmingham city centre.
Responsible for management of the project from initiation to completion and handover, you will ideally possess a sound knowledge in both commercial offices, mixed use and residential projects.
Who we're looking for
An enthusiastic, dynamic, creative individual to join an exciting team within an industry leading company. You will have extensive project management experience across the industry with a proven record in one of the sectors mentioned.
This is a highly client focussed role, and the ideal candidate will have experience in or sound knowledge of the role the construction consultancy plays in the development process.
