The successful candidate will provide written documentation in a clear and standard format in order to support ongoing IT infrastructure projects. The role will have close links with key team members to ensure accuracy of produced work.
The documentation will include requirement specifications, design specifications, configuration specifications, administrator guides; user guides and training materials. The Technical Writer will also be responsible for developing an on-line repository using the current Intranet portal.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in technical documentation, preferably in an IT infrastructure environment. A firm understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate requirements into concise and clearly understandable documentation is paramount.
