The role involves working at the coal face of the business, drafting new contracts, negotiating with clients, and advising on all aspects of legal risk and commercial law in the IT sector. You will deal with both internal and external legal counsel, and will be a client facing legal advisor.
Who we're looking for
A recently qualified lawyer you will have experience of IT and technology law, ideally from a secondment. Alternatively, you may already be in-house at an IT provider, and will have gained experience of general commercial contract law in the technology sector.
