The role as Continuous Improvement Expert will entail working in Consultancy on Client sites on initial analysis of client performance, formulation of strategy and planning for long term operational improvements. It will also involve hands on delivery of recognised continuous improvement methods and engagement with senior executives and shop floor alike.

Who we're looking for
Outstanding graduates and experienced professionals (1st or 2.i essential) willing to work in consultancy.
Candidates who are excited about entering a diverse and challenging role in a consultancy environment and who can commit to spending the working week away from home at client site and returning for weekends.
MSc in Lean Operations/Industrial Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering or Similar
MBA preferred
Outstanding school record (Grade A at A Levels in subjects such as Maths, Physics, Chemistry or Similar Technical Subjects)
Candidates should be bi-lingual and able to deliver engagements in more than one European language (English essential, and one of French, German, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish)
Lean or Six Sigma experience in recognised world leading companies in the field of Continuous Improvement and World Class Processing, and the ability to harness these tool sets in a consultancy environment.
Candidates should have a passion for driving improvement and a measurable track record of successful engagements/projects.
