As a Store Manager Designate you will take responsibility of the practice and enjoy high levels of autonomy. Working with retail colleagues as well as optical professionals, your influencing and commercialism will be put to the test. Upon the successful completion of this intensive training year, you are required to back your own business skills and invest in the business. Who we're looking for
You will have enthusiasm and determination to grow your career with a well established, Blue-Chip Business in a Store Management position for which you recognise and excel in your ownership of.
You will be experienced in:
• People Management
• P&L accountability
• Quality Customer Service
You will have successful track record in the businesses you have managed.
Optical experience is not important but preference will be given to those who have had management experience in Blue-Chip Retailers. Personality is everything!
