Quantity Surveyor

The person appointed will take responsibility for the procurement of all trade contractors, valuation and payments to contractors, producing monthly cost reports and managing a tight change control procedure.

Who we're looking for
Successful candidates will have working for either a major contractor or house builder for at least 5 years and possess a recognized qualification in Quantity Surveying.
