As a General Manager in Dumfries you will take control of one of Dumfries's Premier Night spots. With a brand that is well known in Dumfries you will be accountable for every aspect of the operation. You will have full p&l responsibility as well as local marketing. You role will l be to maximise profitability while maintaining the popularity of the business.
Who we're looking for
You will be a highly skilled General Manager who has the drive, tenacity and desire to make your venue the best in the area. You should be standards driven both in terms of service and aesthetics. You will be a team player and recognise the importance of building and training a talented and motivated cohesive team.
You may currently work in a related field within the leisure sector and be looking for an exciting challenge - This could be the opportunity you have been waiting for.
