Due to sustained growth our client offers an exciting opportunity to join their market leading Corporate team in Bermuda.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leading Offshore Law firm in their Corporate team. The Conyers Dill & Pearman Corporate department has developed extensive expertise in highly complex legal issues encountered by businesses operating in the global arena. The firm advises on all aspects of corporate and commercial law and has particular experience with funds & investments; insurance & reinsurance; securitisation & structured finance, as well as initial public offerings; partnerships; shipping & aircraft registration and financing; banking, capital markets, asset financing, international equity offerings and listings and venture capital.
Who we're looking for
We seek candidates with a track record of success gained in a leading Corporate / Commercial team from a top City, Regional, International or Offshore firm.
Candidates with experience in any of the above fields should apply however those candidates with direct Funds, Trust and corporate finance experience are of particular interest.
In addition you are likely to have a strong academic background and have an excellent set of interpersonal skills.
We are seeking a Commonwealth qualified lawyer able to relocate to Bermuda within normal notice period.
