This is an international role for an In House Corporate Commercial Lawyer that will deal with merges and acquisitions, joint ventures, complex commercial agreements and new country start ups. You will be a commercially minded solicitor, qualified in a recognised jurisdiction and will be looking to join a leading company with first class opportunities for progression and growth.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial and corporate background. Ideally you will have knowledge of the Energy Sector and possess language skills such as French, Arabic and/ or Spanish, however this is not essential.
