Business Systems Manager/Analyst

To support the growing Mars Incorporated business, the opportunity has arisen to recruit a number of Business Systems Managers and Analysts into the European IT function, based in the Thames Valley region. You will become integral members of the Business Systems Resource Pool, tasked with working on and delivering key IT and Business Process projects. Responsibilities will include translating complex business requirements into IT specifications, managing the development and deployment of systems, and transition to operational support teams. You will engage with Mars' operational business functions, across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain and Planning, meeting requirements and addressing project plans.
Who we're looking for
You will have a track record of end to end experience of enterprise level technology and process programs in a fast paced environment. Business Analysis, Systems Analysis and Project Management skills are essential, ideally combined with functional business knowledge. Your knowledge of Business Systems will ideally include SAP, Manugistics or Supply Chain and planning software. Enthusiasm, drive and energy are essential to making a real difference in this unique and challenging environment.
