The role includes working on lettings, surrenders and advice on such matters as security of tenure and rent review on the commercial property portfolio and dealing with lettings, acquisitions and advice on the residential portfolio for a range of clients. There will also be an opportunity to get involved in enfranchisement work although experience of this type of work is not essential. You will be working within a team reporting to a senior partner.

We are looking for a candidate with a good academic record and training from a reputable regional or city firm.
