You will join a Wills and Estate Planning (WEP) team that is listed in the Legal 500. The team consists of 6 lawyers, 2 paralegals who have access to a team of support staff and the use of the latest IT.


You will work, with limited supervision, on a range of matters with an emphasis on will drafting, IHT planning, Probate and UK lifetime trust drafting / administration. You will also be required to work on some matters involving powers of attorney or court of protection issues.


The client base that our client works with are generally within the £1 million to £5 million bracket and the firm are attracting more entrepreneurial clients.

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for an experienced Wills and Estate Planning Solicitor/Legal Executive to work within their Wills and Estate Planning team at their Newbury office.


Working alongside the existing WEP Team you will need to demonstrate extensive recent experience in all aspects of wills and estate planning work including, drafting wills, inheritance tax planning, probate, UK trust drafting and administration, powers of attorney and court of protection.


You will be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, resourcefulness and a strong technical ability. You will be a team player with the ability to foster positive client relationships.
