Commercial Property - Assistant Solicitor

You will primarily assist the partners and senior associates of a leading Commercial Property Department in the South East where all the commercial property partners have specialist knowledge.

The firm is renowned for its work in land acquisitions, joint venture arrangements and particularly for its expertise in planning and public enquiries. The department's clients include some of the largest house builders in the country, a number of substantial plcs, and local authorities.

Who we're looking for
2 assistant commercial property lawyers who have gained recent experience of a range of commercial property matters in a well regarded regional or city practice.

The ideal candidates will be able to work with minimum supervision on smaller value matters. They will also have experience of assisting partners on larger and more complex value matters.
