Finance Director

Mountway

Reporting into the Board, you will be responsible for:
• Taking a lead on mergers and acquisitions, including subsequent integration of systems, processes and resources.
• Front line liaison with external advisors and third party stakeholders.
• Driving and delivering financial strategy and maximising full financial potential.
• Promoting commercial awareness within Mountway and promoting strong financial management.
• Leading the production of the annual business plan and establishing a management reporting process
• Achieving strategic business goals, including diversification into new sectors, product diversification, and overseas market entry.
• Advising on new and existing tenders and pricing structures.
• Prepared grant applications to support Mountway's planned growth.
• Increasing the use and functionality of financial systems to assist with business analysis and reporting.

Applications are invited from confident, robust, professionally qualified accountants comfortable interacting internally with non finance and externally with senior stakeholders

This is an extremely exciting time for Mountway and this person will be instrumental in influencing and shaping the structure and direction of the finance team.

Commercially aware, you will be a results orientated team player with a hands on approach. In addition, this provides the right candidate an exceptional opportunity to liaise with a highly capable and talented management team focussed on further enhancing the reputation of the business.
