The role of a recruitment consultant is to act as an intermediary, identifying and sourcing suitably qualified candidates on behalf of its clients. At Michael Page International our consultants:

• identify and develop client relationships;

• source suitable candidates and brief them on opportunities offered by our clients;

• manage the process through interview to offer stage and beyond.

Our graduate recruitment scheme enables graduates to train as recruitment consultants over a five-month period. The training comprises of on-the-job and classroom-based courses. To date over 300 graduates have worked their way through the challenging programme and become first-class consultants. Who we're looking for
The Michael Page International Graduate Scheme is open to new graduates, those in their final year and graduates looking for a career change. Whilst we are open to all degree disciplines, we prefer applicants to have achieved, or be on course to achieve, a 2.1.

Bearing in mind that this is a sales-based role you must have the ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills and self-motivation. You must also be goal orientated and have the resilience to bounce back from knock-backs.
