Your role will include:
• You will lead and manage the busy buying and merchandising team while developing a range aimed to maximise sales and profits while in alignment with the brands market position and value.
• You will finalise the product range, pricing and promotional activities as well as undertaking competitor analysis and produce reports in line with the requirements of the brand
•You will manage and develop relationships with the suppliers. You will also manage and develop the buying team, assisting in driving the business forwards.

Who we're looking for
This is an ideal role for someone who wants to lead and manage buying team. The ideal candidate will be a good communicator with excellent interpersonal ability. Retail or commercial experience is an essential.

£30,000 - £40,000 + package.
