As Land Manager, you will be responsible for the purchase of suitable land to facilitate the development of residential homes in Birmingham and the West Midlands. Each development will involve the construction of between 20 and 100 units. As with most Land Manager positions, you will be working on your own initiative, but will have the full backing of a well known and reputable construction firm.

Who we're looking for
• You must have a knowledge of the Land market in the Greater Birmingham area.
• The ideal manager will have a track record of securing land for the development of quality homes
• Ideally, the Land Manager will come form one of the major players within the residential construction industry.
