Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Brand Product Manager role is a consumer focussed marketing position responsible for the development, of a portfolio of well-known brands for the UK and across key Central and Eastern European markets. The brands are supported with a significant advertising and promotional budget.
This is a classic international marketing role where the Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for developing the brand strategy and managing all ATL and BTL activity. You will manage all external agencies to develop new Consumer and Trade Advertising and Brand PR. You will develop consumer and trade promotions. You will brief internal sales teams and key market distributors on product developments and brand plans.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have a strong Consumer Marketing background, ideally within an FMCG organisation. You will have experience managing multiple agency relationships. You will have worked in a Central Marketing function and been responsible for developing Brand Strategy. You will be flexible in your approach and be available for regular national and international travel. You must have a proven track record of successfully growing consumer brands and experience of managing a brand portfolio, including P & L control. Commercially aware and numerate you must have excellent interpersonal skills and be confident to lead key projects.
