To succeed in this role you will have proven experience of leading and developing a team, as well as being able to demonstrate your experience of managing a portfolio of clients. A key element will be your ability to build and develop relationships with existing and new clients identifying tax-planning opportunities wherever you can. Although technical competence is a must, you will have excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
• To strengthen and develop the tax team.
• To oversee the tax affairs for a mixed portfolio of clients and assist in specific one-off tasks on a consultancy basis as required.
• To liaise with the clients on all aspects of taxation and to be the main point of contact for any ad hoc queries.
Who we're looking for
• A proven track record as a senior tax manager or partner.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to form strong client relationships.
• A team player with exceptional leadership skills.
• Commercially astute and committed to developing the business
