This role offers great variety, as you will be representing both claimants and respondents, and providing valued non-contentious advice and representation on contentious matters. You will have the opportunity to work within a small partner led team with a genuine reputation for having a hands-on approach in the following matters:
• Drafting contracts and policies
• All Discrimination areas (age, sex, race, religion, and sexual orientation)
• Disciplinary, dismissal and grievance procedures
• Equal pay
• Work place stress
• Absence management

This role would suit both those coming from large employment practices who want to take on a more personal role with their team and clients, and those from small and mid-sized employment practices looking for a step-up.
