Taking responsibility for a client base of 400 employees, as well as focusing on a variety of HR focused projects. Responsibilities will include:
• Employee Relations
• Recommending on and implementing Learning and Development policy
• Assisting with the implementation of a new learning management system
• Disciplinary and grievance
• Mentoring and coaching for middle and senior management
• Strategic and operational planning
• Advising line management on best practise
There might be a possibility of this role becoming permanent for the right individual.
Who we're looking for
A qualified or part qualified CIPD professional comfortable with carrying out a true generalist's role.
Previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous
