Due to continued growth in this area, my client needs to appoint a Chartered Surveyor as they grow their Bristol Real Estate Advisory team.
The Real Estate team provide support, advice and practical expertise to all areas of the Management Consultancy business,relating to Valuation, Due diligence etc working primarily with FTSE 350 organisations.
This individual will develop a unique service offering and reporting to clients who will include Government Agencies, Local Authorities, Education Institutions, Bankers and FTSE companies.
This role will provide general commercial property expertise and awareness, whilst developing the teams portfolio and build the client base.
Who we're looking for
• An ambitious General Practice Surveyor with wide ranging experience and general commercial acumen.
• Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
• Minimum of two years post qualification experience.
• A confident and strong communicator with general skills and commercial experience.
