Our client, a top franchise coffee shop chain with over 160 stores across the UK, is searching for a Paralegal/Estates Manager to assist in the following:

- Estate management issues
- Lease renewals
- Business rates appeals
• Acquisitions
• Franchise issues
• Supplier agreement

Who we're looking for
- Legal background
- Previous In-house commercial property experience
- Previous experience in dealing with estate management, lease renewals, business rates appeals
- Interest in estate management
• Some surveying experience would be beneficial but not essential
