GE Healthcare- Performance Improvement and Change Management consultants bring cutting edge lean and improvement methodologies into the NHS and Pharmaceutical industry. GE is looking for two types of roles. First, Senior Consultants are needed to lead customer teams to drive clinical and operational efficiencies while increasing quality. They are responsible for on-time delivery and client development. Second, a Sales Manager is sought who can drive growth and the further development of key accounts. Both profiles seek entrepreneurial individuals to continue to build this fast growing business.

Who we're looking for
GE Healthcare- Performance Improvement and Change Management Consultants mix a deep understanding of Lean and Change Management with a knowledge of healthcare. To join their team you will need to be:
• Passionate about improving the performance of the NHS along with pharmaceutical clients
• High energy levels and the right attitude to facilitate change in a challenging environment
• A consultative approach or ideally previous experience with a Management Consultancy delivering change, process improvement or lean/six sigma solutions to clients
• Degree level educated with knowledge of change/lean/six sigma methodologies
