Supporting the Head of Legal, you will act as legal adviser to the bank's trade, project and Islamic finance services based in London, Paris, Frankfurt and Milan. Who we're looking for
Essential
• Qualified Banking/Finance Lawyer from a leading private practice law firm or financial institution
• International finance exposure. Areas of expertise should include one or more of trade, project and Islamic finance
• The candidate must be comfortable dealing with the business professionals at all levels and have the ability to work autonomously
Desirable
• French and/or Arabic language skills
• Knowledge of property finance, ECA documentation, Shari'a compliant financing, finance/operating leasing structures
