Reporting to the the Regional Account Manager, you will grow and develop your salon territory through effective implementation of the sales and marketing strategy. Visiting approximately ten existing clients each week and winning four new accounts each month, you will • demonstrate the brand's proposition to new clients, convert leads and manage the sales process • develop ongoing relationships with existing accounts • attend relevant trade shows and follow up on leads generated there • deliver outstanding customer service.
Who we're looking for
You will be an experienced sales executive, ideally having worked with salons and hairdressers (although not essential as full training will be given). A demonstrable passion for the hair and beauty sector however is required. You will be self-motivated, results-orientated, and have a positive outlook with a clear focus on high quality, customer service and business profit. You'll be personable, professional, reliable and comfortable in presenting in a salon environment.
