Following the engagement of an experienced, high profile senior management team with a proven track record in the pan-European Restructuring Corporate Finance space, the team seek expansion and diversification through the appointment of a number of associate level hires.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the core team in developing solutions for stressed and distressed business including complex financial restructurings, refinancings or accelerated M&A
* Assisting in the delivery of business reviews to determine viability and options for the stakeholders, this will include understanding the drivers for performance, performing complex data and performance analysis, and communicating findings both written and orally
* Playing an active role in the development of the business through conducting research into potential opportunities and preparing formal pitch presentations
* Supporting and developing relationship networks
Who we're looking for
You will be:
* A qualified chartered accountant, ideally with experience gained in a 'Big 4' context
* Prior experience gained in corporate finance advisory, transaction services or restructuring is preferable though not essential
* As part of a new team that is building a European Practice enthusiasm, drive, focus and a commercial and entrepreneurial outlook are essential attributes for success
* Adaptable and able to take ownership of project tasks and relationships
