M+E Senior Project Manager
Based in London or Manchester you will be reporting into the Programme Manager. Your role as Senior Project Manager will involve managing the building and M&E engineering input for our data centre build programme throughout Europe.
• Project manage the design and construction of up to 5 projects per year
• Preparation of project programmes and site plans to ensure sites are delivered to specification, on time and within budget
• Manage contractors and team members to monitor progress and resolve project issues
• Experience of fast- track data centre fit-outs.
• Capable of managing projects up to £15m in value
Who we're looking for
Our Client is looking for candidates with:-
• A relevant professional design / construction / project management qualification
• A working knowledge of PRINCE2
• A degree-qualified chartered engineer
• Previous experience working in the data centre or construction industry
• Experience of delivering £1 - 10million capital expenditure projects
• Excellent time management, and fully versed in PM tools, techniques and methods
•Travel within the UK and Europe maybe required at short notice
• Able to work as an individual or as part of a team within a pressurised environment
