Branch Manager for a leading Retail Banking firm in the Lancashire region.
As part of the Store Management, you will develop your existing team, bring on new team members, set targets, and lead by example. Working closely with your line manager, youwill develop a strategy for improvingcustomer service and experience 

Who we're looking for
• Store Management or Branch Manager experience&amp;amp;lt;BR>• experience in Retail Banking preferred, but not essential
• a demonstrable track record of sales, and service
• must be able to commute within the Lancashire region

What's on offer
£24,000 to £28,000 plus great bonuses
