Category Development Executive

In this new role, the Category Development Executive will:
• Focus on Top 5 Grocery Multiple accounts and build face to face relationships with key stakeholders in their beverage team
• Provide regular performance reports and SWOT analysis to retail customers and sales colleagues
• Play a pivotal role in planning and executing Twinings' category management strategies and tactics
• Become an expert in both Twinings and the retailer's ranging and merchandising processes and timings
• Deliver insightful and actionable recommendations for category growth through the use of Dunnhumby and other EPOS data.

Who we're looking for
The ideal Category Development Executive for Twinings should:
• Have an appreciation of UK retailers and in-store category drivers
• Want to understand the role, space and layout on sales performance
• Demonstrate a strong aptitude and interest in data management and look for the "so what?"
• Have an ability to look at category performance data in an un-blinkered way
• Be able to organise and prioritise workload in order to meet specific internal and external customer deadlines
