As an Area Sales Director you will be responsible for managing your team of store managers. You will be proactive in your approach to work and will be tentative to your store manager's needs. Achieving Key Performance Indicator's is a prerequisite.

You will have a proven track record in delivering results at area level. You will be focused and target driven and will not be satisfied until the high standards that you set are achieved.
