Our client seeks an experienced Reward professional to join this thriving Bristol based organisation. Engaging as a key member within a wider Reward team you will work on a variety of projects ranging for compensation to incentive pay plans to developing reward strategies. No two days will be the same as will your customer base.
In addition to this, you will strive to build on and enhance the current team, ensuring that they are exceeding customer expectations and spotting opportunities to develop.
You will utilise your strong interpersonal skill set to build effective and long term relationships with your client group, engaging in commercial conversations on a daily basis.
Who we're looking for
To be considered, you will be an outstanding reward professional ideally having gained your experience from large and / or complex organisations. You will have a diverse technical skill set which you will be comfortable displaying to your client group in a credible manner.
Flexibility is key to this appointment. There will be an opportunity to home work as well as working from different sites around the Southern region.
