You will be responsible for the management of the Retail Property Portfolio.
Based out of the East Midlands head office you will be required to travel throughout the UK where you will be responsible for Acquisitions, Disposals, Lease Renewals,
Providing expertise and advise on estate management related matters is also a key function for this role.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for a RICS qualified Estates Surveyor with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels. You must possess a good knowledge of property law and management of diverse property assets.
Responsibilities include
• Development and implementation of Asset Management Strategies
• New lease, lease renewal, rent review, acquisition and disposal negotiations
• Property reviews and appraisals
• Liaison with external Property professionals.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Report preparation and presentation
• Career minded individual who would is looking for the next step on their career path.
