The successful candidate will be an exceptionally bright, ambitious and self motivated professional from the Market research world. An elite individual with outstanding interpersonal skills, you will have relevant market research experience gained in a research agency/consultancy environment or with an automotive manufacturer.

This is a key position in the management and development of a major worldwide research project with daily contact with blue chip clients and major fieldwork agencies. You will report to the Deputy Managing Director and this position of great autonomy and responsibility offers excellent linear progression based on delivery.
Responsibilities will include: calling and managing six monthly meetings (multi client and /or multi agency) leading the meetings, presenting proposals, bringing the discussions to a positive conclusion in a tactful and diplomatic manner and facilitating decision making.

You will manage and coordinate fieldwork agencies together with own support staff on a daily basis, including: obtaining and evaluating agency proposals for clients, briefing agencies, reviewing individual agency performance, suggesting need for any changes and/or discuss anticipated problems directly with clients. At the end of each continuous yearly survey for each country you will review and audit survey results, weight and publish final data to clients and provide client support as necessary.
