Our client requires a credible HR Business Partner to work in a specialist area within their transforming business. Your business will be be based across three key sites and whilst there is a business as usual element to the role, there are a number of projects that you will lead on that involve potentially outsourcing aspects of the operation.
As a key member of the senior managem
ent team, you will work with a number of Directors that are driven and results focused but have individual requirements that will mean a challenging work load and an ambiguous agenda.
Who we're looking for
To be considered, you will have gained exposure to outsourcing previously as well as a track record of building and raising the profile of an HR service to a function that is truly partnering the business and delivering on its objectives.
You will currently be working in a large and complex organisation at Business Partner level that allows you to work autonomously and converse commercially with your client area.
