My Client is looking for a Site Manager - Partitioning within the Construction industry to be based in Slough. As a Site Manager you will be overseeing projects full time on site, liaising with the main contractor, monitoring quality and progress, ordering materials and ensuring good relationships with our clients are maintained.
The successful Site Manager will be responsible for running a team and have total control of a site. You will have good knowledge of the Refurbishment and Fit out Market and have worked on projects up to £5million across a variety of sectors. The successful Site Manager will report to the Project Manager and you will be accountable for the Labour on site.

Who we're looking for
The successful Project Manager will be confident in the following:
• Manage and co-ordination of all activities on site.
• Obtain site file from the contract surveyor.
• Weekly progress reports.
• Site progress reports - to be issued at clients progress meetings.
• Labour returns to be completed weekly if they are required on specific projects.
• Requisition materials and plant.
• Plant list to be completed, then approved.
• Issue safety improvement notices if there are any safety infringements by any sub-contractor.
• Request a waiver of site helmets when the project is complete overhead.
• Ensure safe and secure storage of plant and materials.
• Carry out site inspection checklists as the work proceeds.
• Complete pre-handover inspection sheet prior to completion of works and prior to the architects inspection.
• Control all on site works - co-ordinate, plan and programme on site works.
