The role will operate over a number of levels.

Lean Methods
Strategic Planning

The main purpose of this position is to drive major process improvement activities in the UK and Europeand co-ordinate throughout a network of plants in Europe. Within this role, your main responsibilities will include monitoring plant capacity and developing appropriate programmes to address issues.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent in a technical field and will have extensive working knowledge from within a Lean process orientated manufacturing environment within a blue chip world renowned business.Senior Manager or Director level positions within manufacturing related technologies would be advantageous and the ability to speak English and another European language fluently is essential. You will possess excellent analytical skills, technical competency and have knowledge of statistical tools along with the ability to work effectively in a complex, multifunctional, multicultural environment, and utilise your extensive knowledge of Lean proven throughout your career.
Candidates form a well respected global consulting practice who are looking to return to industry to work on longer term projects with less demanding travel requirements are of high interest for this role.

Who we're looking for
Experienced Continuous Improvement professionals and executives, acting at a Senior Management or Director Level within a large blue chip organisation or as an external consultant for a well respected global practice.
