Your role as a Business Relationship Manager is heavily focused on influence and persuasion and commercial skill. Your role is a special one. Working with people who are running there own businesses you will help them to maximise their revenue performance and the return of their investment whilst at the same time delivering the company's core values in the field. You will be responsible, as the face of the business for delivery of all company commitments and protecting the company's interests. You will spend a lot of your time visiting units across your patch providing reviews and suggestions in the form of much needed advice.

Who we're looking for
In a Business Relationship manager we are looking for a motivational and skilled communicator with a proven ability to manage within a multi site environment. A detailed understanding of the hospitality industry would be an added benefit. You should be the sort of operator who takes real pride in seeing your reports do well under your influence and be motivated by target delivery. You should be adaptable to change and responsive to suggestions whilst never loosing sight of our core values. If you have the ability and passion to deliver our values you will go far.
