A solicitor is required to join a sub-team led by a Partner and Senior Associate in the firm's Construction Unit to specialise in contentious work for national and other house builders

Who we're looking for
Our Client is looking for a construction solicitor to join their highly regarded Construction Team in Birmingham to deal with contentious work. You must have the ability to take ownership of work, be a good team player and will be able to demonstrate excellent commercial awareness. This role would suit a Commercial Dispute Resolution solicitor wishing to specialise in construction. Would also suit a solicitor with general litigation experience or experience of professional indemnity claims. All levels of experience will be considered.

Good academic qualifications, excellent training and supervision are essential. Full support and continuing training will be given. The role presents a real opportunity for high quality, client facing work.
