The Project Manager (M&E) will supervise the Mechanical and the Electrical side of projects varying in size from £5 to £25 million in Leeds. The Project Manager will be responsible for design management, procurement and installation of all equipment and infrastructure, management of labour including sub contractors and client liaison as well.
Who we're looking for
• Educated to HNC Level or above or with suitable experience within the industry.
• Experience on commercial and residential projects worth from £5 to £25 million.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

The client is one of the largest M & E Contractors in the Northwest who specialise in commercial and residential projects in Leeds. They also have projects in Liverpool, Manchester and Sheffield.
